For larger projects we often travel across the UK, contact us to discuss Dry hire collection is also available for customers who prefer to install equipment themselves. Full setup guidance and technical support can be provided where required.

All hire equipment is regularly maintained and PAT tested. We also hold public liability insurance, and copies of our risk assessments or method statements can be provided for venues and corporate events when requested.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, summer events and peak weekend dates. Last minute bookings are sometimes available depending on equipment availability, so it is always worth contacting us to check

Yes - please contact us to discount discounts for longer term hires and touring packages. We are also happy to provide long term rentals to venues looking to upgrade their equipment but who may not have the initial capital.

the best sound system will depend on your venue size, number of guests and whether sound is needed for ceremonies, speeches or evening entertainment. Our Smaller Battery, Bluetooth and compact PA systems work well for ceremonies and drinks receptions, while our larger Martin Audio & RCF professional PA systems ensure clear speeches and powerful music for wedding receptions and dancefloors. We can recommend a setup based on your venue layout and guest capacity, with delivery, setup and technical support available if required.

If you’re booking a musical performance, the first question will be how many people are in the band. Usually a band will describe themselves as ‘4-piece’ or 8-piece’ where the number of ‘pieces’ refers to the number of performers on stage. the size of the stage you need will be based on the requirements of your entertainment. Some acts, especially dancers or acrobatic performers will have a detailed specification of everything they need including stage size, layout, access, and sometimes even materials but often this is not the case for smaller events and bookings. Note: the below guide is indicative only, and we’d always recommend speaking with your performers about stage size if possible. Certain instruments require considerably more stage space than others, for example, keyboards, DJ's and drum kits take up substantially more room compared to vocalists.  You should also take into account if the acts will be using IEMs (in ear monitors) or traditional floor monitor speakers / wedges as space for these will need to be factored into the set up.
